We’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partnerships Manager who excels at building meaningful relationships withbusinesses (B2B) and government entities (B2G). Your mission will be to expand the reach of kimbocorp’s platform by creating partnerships that drive growth and innovation. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding external services onto our platform, ensuring we deliver value to our users through an expanded ecosystem of offerings.
Your responsibilities
B2B & B2G Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage with businesses, government agencies, and industry associations that align with kimbocorp’s mission.
- Develop strategic partnerships to drive platform adoption, promote our services, and increase visibility in target markets.
- Represent kimbocorp at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings, becoming a trusted voice in professional and public-sector circles.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding partner goals and crafting mutually beneficial agreements.
Platform Growth & Service Integration:
- Onboard external services (e.g., government programs, professional services, or complementary tools) onto the kimbocorp platform to enhance user value.
- Collaborate with partners to integrate their offerings seamlessly into our digital ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that new services meet the needs of our users and align with kimbocorp’s standards.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Partner with the User Acquisition & Community Building Manager to promote partnerships within kimbocorp’s communities.
- Share feedback and insights from partners to help improve the platform and refine service offerings.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at expanding Kimbocorp’s market presence.
Metrics and Optimization:
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, tracking metrics like referrals, onboarding success, and partner satisfaction.
- Continuously refine partnership strategies to maximize their impact on platform growth and user engagement.
