We’re seeking a motivated and innovative User Acquisition & Community Building Manager who understands that building a loyal user base starts with creating a strong, engaged community. You’ll combine your expertise in digital marketing and community engagement to attract users, foster connections, and cultivate a thriving ecosystem that aligns with kimbocorp’s mission.
Your responsibilities
Community-Centric User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract users by creating and nurturing communities around our platform’s mission and services.
- Identify and engage with online and offline communities that align with our target audience (e.g., entrepreneurs, startups, and business professionals).
- Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging community-focused materials, such as blog posts, webinars, and forums.
- Leverage social media channels to reach new users while fostering active discussions and interactions.
Community Building and Engagement:
- Launch and manage online communities (e.g., Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, Discord servers) to connect users and foster peer-to-peer interaction.
- Organize virtual and in-person events, such as Q&A sessions, workshops, and meetups, to strengthen relationships with users.
- Respond to community inquiries, spark discussions, and maintain a friendly and professional presence.
- Build relationships with community leaders and influencers to expand our reach and amplify our messaging.
Retention Through Community Support:
- Engage existing users through community-driven retention strategies, such as loyalty programs and gamification.
- Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to boost credibility and drive organic growth.
- Implement feedback loops from community members to continuously improve user experience.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor metrics like Community Growth Rate, Engagement Rate, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to assess the effectiveness of acquisition and retention strategies.
- Use insights from community interactions to refine campaigns, improve user engagement, and optimize outreach efforts.
