    A user acquisition specialist is a marketing professional focused on attracting and converting new users for a company’s products or services. They employ various digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO, to drive traffic and sign-up.

    Requirements and responsibilities

    • Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies to acquire new users.
    • Optimize user acquisition funnels through data-driven user needs analysis and A/B testing.
    • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
    • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates to improve product experience.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
    • Manage paid advertising budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to improve acquisition efforts.
    • Create and optimize landing pages to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
    • Work with content creators to develop high-quality, relevant content for behavioral targeting.
    • Support product marketing initiatives by identifying and targeting key user segments while working with other teams.

    Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and user experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
